How to remove stickers
– whether it be from your car, caravan, motor bike, bike etc.
The temperature should exceed 16 degrees when you remove your stickers. In cold weather, the stickers can become porous and break into small pieces when removed.
For example place the car, motorcycle, bike etc. in the summer sun for an hour or so. Generally the higher the temperature, the better result – heat softens the adhesive and enables easy removal. Be careful not to damage the paintwork on your vehicle with excessive heat.
It is essential that the stickers be pulled across itself when working with 3M Comply. The angle at which the stickers are removed is important, to ensure no traces of adhesive remain.
Any adhesive left is removed with adhesive remover, 3M industrial removers or benzine. Apply the remover as described and leave it to work.
